Mental Health Support Groups: For adults ages 18-30
Open to the St. Louis Jewish community.

First Group Topic
"I didn't expect to be here at this time."
In life, we’ve all been dealt surprises and may not have expected to find ourselves in the lives that we are currently living. If this situation resonates with you, and you’d like to explore or make some changes but don’t know where to begin, these three sessions are an opportunity to take that first step.

Three Group Sessions
No cost to participate; we ask that guests commit to attending all three sessions.
Sundays, February 27, March 6, and March 13
11 am – 1 pm
Central St. Louis location shared after RSVP.
