Thursday, January 22, 2026 • 4 Shevat 5786
4:30 PM - 7:30 PMHaven House
Please join the Tzedek Committee in providing a meal for guests of HavenHouse St. Louis!
We will arrive at HavenHouse (3450 Park Avenue in midtown St. Louis) at 4:30 and start with a tour of the facility. Following that, we will utilize their kitchen to prepare, serve and clean up dinner for 25-35 people who are staying at the hospital guest house, as part of their Comfort & Care Meal program.
Minimum age for volunteering is 12.
There is a cap at 7 volunteers on site that day. However, we will also need volunteers to plan and shop for the meal.
HavenHouse is a hospital guest house, which provides safe, supportive and affordable lodging for patients of all ages, families and caregivers. Their supportive environment encourages rest, recovery and respite while patients receive medical care far from home. To learn more about the house and the program, please see their website: https://www.havenhousestl.org.
