We had a wonderful summer at Monica Lynne Neidorff ECC. Classes spent time exploring weekly themes through books that covered a variety of topics including feelings, music, friendship, and so much more. Classes also spent as much time as they could outside and had a lot of fun splishing and splashing in the water sprinklers.

 

Everyone was so excited to start the new school year. Prior to school starting teachers attended professional development training at the Jewish Community Center Staenberg Family Complex learning and collaborating with other local and out of town early childhood educators. Then the week after school began, families were treated to a music concert in the Kol Rinah courtyard with our music teacher, Ms. Karen Kern.

 

In the upcoming weeks, classes will be gearing up for the high holidays. We are so excited to teach the children about Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot through books and songs.
