In November, the Monica Lynne Neidorff Early Childhood Center experienced its first family program at the new center. A few days before Thanksgiving, children, parents, and grandparents joined together in the sanctuary for a fall musical sing-along with Ms. Karen. She sang songs that expressed thankfulness for gathering, including her "Todah Rabah "(thank you) song, a song about leaves changing color and falling to the ground, a song about making a big pot of hearty fall soup, and so many more fall-related songs.

 

In December, families gathered again, but this time for a Hanukkah family program. Parents and grandparents visited classrooms and completed a Hanukkah-themed project with their child. Afterward we all gathered in the sanctuary for the ceremonial lighting of the menorah and then sang with Ms. Karen many Hanukkah songs.

We are looking forward to 2023!
