Our 2018-2019 school year has come to an end! We had a wonderful graduation celebration on May 17th where our Starfish class showed off all they learned in their Creative Movement class with Ms. Sarah Anne Patz with an original performance. Eight children graduated from our program and 16 children were promoted to next year’s Starfish PreK class. The following Friday, our preschool classes enjoyed a field day at Villa Park. Children played tee ball, explored the playground equipment, had yoga with Morah Shelley and a yummy snack of watermelon and pretzels. We concluded with Shabbat with Rabbi Scott and Morah Karen and then had a picnic lunch. The infant/toddler classes had a fun day at school with water play, music outside, messy sensory play, and bubbles.

Our summer camp theme this year is “Summer Palooza.” We had a great summer camp kick-off on Thursday, June 6th. Children and families were treated to BBQ, entertained by Silly Jilly the clown, had an opportunity to get a tattoo or face paint, and purchase snow cones from the Kona ice truck. Over the summer we will tie dye t-shirts, participate in special dress days, have water play; and our oldest classes will take a field trip to the History Museum.
