Kol Rinah ECC has had many wonderful things going on these past couple of months. Though our holiday family programs have looked different this school year due to COVID-19 restrictions, it hasn't stopped us from learning and celebrating Thanksgiving and Hanukkah while at school. The teachers have been so creative and thoughtful in planning activities for their classrooms. As Thanksgiving approached, circle time stories and discussions focused on kindness and sharing among friends and the kids are always excited to hear the great miracle of the Hanukkah oil lasting for 8 days. For the first day of winter, children and the teachers came to school dressed in their pajamas and were treated to hot chocolate.
