Make a difference in the lives of people in St. Louis and beyond, by signing up to participate in activities for all ages. Our activities will benefit a wide range of non-profit organizations in St. Louis, including Beyond Housing, Crown Center, Harvey Kornblum Food Pantry, Humane Society of Missouri, Operation Food Search and Ready Readers.
Let’s start Mitzvah Day on a great note! Bring your donations of children’s books to Kol Rinah on the day of the event. Click here to learn about items (food and non-food) needed by the food pantry.
Here are just a few of the activities we will have:
-
making cat toys out of socks for the Humane Society,
-
decorating flower pots and planting flowers in them for Crown Center residents,
-
filling snack bags for the Food Pantry,
-
assembling large dinner bags for Operation Food Search and
-
making blankets for the Crisis Nursery.

There will also be discussions of two issues before the Missouri legislature.

Mitzvah Day sponsors: Kol Rinah’s Tzedek Team, Sisterhood, KoREH and Monica Lynne Neidorff Early Childhood Center.
Anyone donating at least $18 will get this beautiful
reusable grocery bag. Half of all donations will go to Kol Rinah,
the other half will go to tzedakah.
