How to Access My Member Account
Please read our Frequently Asked Questions below to learn more about using your member account.

1) I have not signed in before, how do I obtain a login?
Contact Meir Zimand in the office: meir@kolrinahstl.org. He will send you a link to create your new password. Once you have created your new password, please save your login information securely.
2) How do I change my password?
- Log in
- Under ‘My Account’ click on ‘My Profile’
- Type a password in the ‘Login Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields (Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of upper and lower case letters and at least one number and special character.)
- Click ‘Save Changes to Person’ at the bottom of the screen
3) How do I change the email address I use to sign in?
- Sign in
- Under ‘My Account’ click on ‘My Profile’
- Type in a new email address in the ‘Login Email’ field
- Click ‘Save Changes to Person’ at the bottom of the screen
4) I forgot my password and cannot sign in, what should I do?
- Click on Log In, click Forgot My Password
- You will be asked for your email address and will receive an email with a link to change your password.
- Change password (Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of upper and lower case letters and at least one number and special character.)
5) What can I do with ShulCloud?
- View your financial transactions history online
- Pay your bill online by eCheck or credit card, or bill your account
- Update information for you and your family members
- Update your yahrzeit information
- Make donations
- Register for classes, events and make the payments online
- Access Zoom Programing links
- Access Board Meeting Minutes
- View Leadership contact info
6) Do I now have to make all payments online? Can I still pay by check?
You can always pay by check. However, it saves us time if you pay online, so we hope as many partners as possible will do so. If you feel uncomfortable paying online, you can always send a check to the office.
7) Can I make automatic monthly payments?
You can make automatic payments with a credit card. Here’s how you to it:
- Sign in
- Under ‘My Account’, choose ‘My Billing’
- Click ‘Submit Payment’ and check the box labeled ‘Split this Payment Amount’
- Type in an amount and select the number of months over which to split the payment
- When you get to the ‘Confirm Payment’ screen, you can indicate you want to pay with credit card
8) Will I be charged fees for paying on line?
For credit cards we are asking for a 3% donation to help cover the additional processing fees, but partners may choose to opt out of this.

How to Record a Zoom Session
1. Meir will have provided you with a Host Key when he sent you the Zoom link information. To become the Host, you need to...
- Click on the Zoom link to enter the session
- Click on Participants
- Click on Claim Host
- Enter the host key
- After entering the key, click Claim Host.
2. Indicate where you want the recording to be saved:
Note: please make sure you are recording to our Cloud acct and not your personal computer.

Local - it will be saved to your computer

Cloud - it will be saved to the Zoom account in the cloud
3. Recording

While hosting a Zoom meeting, tap More.

Tap Record to the Cloud.

The app will now show Recording at the top of your screen.

To stop or pause the recording, tap More again
The recording will process and appear under My Recordings after you have ended the meeting.
