This form is for Kol Rinah events, Kol Rinah sponsored events, and community events that you would like Kol Rinah to participate in.

To allow time for review and approval:
- Small events need a 1 month lead time
- Large events need a 4 month lead time
If you submit after this time, your event might not be approved.


Prior to filling out this form:
1- Contact the Executive Director (
stacey@kolrinahstl.org, 314-727-1747) to review the date, time and space needs.

2- Check the Kol Rinah & Community Calendars to confirm there are no conflicts.

Once the Event is approved you will receive a Publicity Form.

Food
If food is to be served, YOU MUST arrange for a Mashgiach by contacting Meir Zimand. The charge for a Mashgiach is $25/hr and should be added to the event budget. Any caterer must be approved by Barbara Shamir. Please coordinate food delivery times and cooking times with Meir Zimand.
Cost

One week before event, a "setup" diagram must be submitted to Stacey Hudson
Microphone/speakers, projector, screen, other... Enter "None" if not required.

Zoom Event Request

We post recordings of Zoom programs on our website. Your program will be recorded automatically unless you tell us otherwise. As host, please inform all participants.
