Kol Rinah Families and Youth

January and February were wonderfully busy for Kol Rinah families. Saturday mornings are abuzz with music from Rhythm and Ruach and Tot Shabbat. Families are loving the variety of singing, dancing, and Shabbat friendly crafts.

Kol Rinah also had the honor of hosting Discovering Differences this month. Together with PJ Library, We Stories, and the ADL, parents of young children are invited to explore our differences and help our children engage with diversity in a healthy way. Our first session was a wonderful program hosted by the ADL, exploring bias in our early years. Our next session is Sunday,  March 1st at 3pm, and will be run by PJ Library. This event is generously sponsored by the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.

On February 9th, a great group of adults came together to taste four wines, each tastier than the last! Our engaging and smart sommelier, Aaron Sherman, taught us a lot about Kosher wine. This was a great parents night out for some of our families, as we offered a fun pizza dinner and babysitting so our parents could enjoy!
