We had a very successful Tot Shabbat Purim party that filled the Community Hall. Children came in costume, sang, and heard the story of Purim through a very cool puppet show from Karen Kern. It was also nice to have our Shin Shin, Roi there. What a joy!
Tot Shabbat continued April 9th with some fun activities in anticipation of Passover. On April 17th, K-5th graders walked the “Path to Freedom”, exploring the traits one needs to reach freedom including inner strength, courage, and trust. It was very nice and a great chance for kids to play .
Families have more opportunities to get together for Mitzvah Day on May 15th, and Lag B’omer on May 18th. We will also be beginning First Fridays for Families for Kabbalat Shabbat on May 6th.
