Use this form a minumim of two months prior to your requested date (and/or time) for an event you are planning.  
NOTE: There is no guarantee that the date/time will be available. 
Please fill out the Event Request Form once you know the necessary details. There is no event without it.

The Event Request form must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to your event or the office will be free to release your desired date and time. So, Hold the Date, get your details together and then fill out the Event Request form!
