Shana Tovah to all our Kol Rinah Community. We are all hoping that this year will be a much better year as we see the light at the end of the tunnel from COVID 19, and hope that we can overcome the new variants. I hope that all of you have meaningful High Holidays, whether you come to our new building, watch from home, or watch services from around the world on Zoom.
First instead of Steak and Scotch in the Sukkah, this year we offer Deli and Dessert or Sushi and Saké in the Sukkah with a taste of Israeli Whiskeys at 6:30pm on Thursday September 23rd. We will follow appropriate precautions so please join us! Early registration is required (on our website) as we can only have 36 participants. Vaccination (or Negative test within 36 hours before event) is required. Cost is $20.
We are also looking forward to finally honoring our 2020-21 Man and Youth of the Year, Maurice Guller and Jane Kalina, at an in-person lunch reception in our new Kol Rinah building! That will be a hybrid event on Zoom and in the building. Watch for announcements!
Congratulations to Max Brown who will be a Vice President for the Midwest Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs! Shana Tovah V’Metukah – and may your new year be a happy, healthy and sweet and may it be signed, sealed and delivered!
