Plant a Tree
Get a Tree planted for Free through the end of April.
Planting Shade not only meets the values of tikkun olam by healing the world through reforestation, but it also promotes a strong jewish community. Planting Shade has jewish origins and the Planting Shade St. Louis chapter was originally founded through a trip to Israel. Planting shade has worked with a variety of jewish organizations such as the Jewish Community Center, BBYO, and Camp Sabra. Planting Shade also embraces lifelong learning, as we are educating the youth this spring on tikkun olam values. Planting Shade St. Louis would be honored to plant for the Kol Rinah community as this is the synagogue Nathan Goldstein and Ben Horwitz (the founders of the St. Louis Chapter) grew up in.
