In the last issue of the Voice Brotherhood wished all a “Shanah Tovah U’Metukah. Have a happy and Sweet New Year, may it be a year of peace and prosperity for you, your family and our broader community from Kol Rinah, to St. Louis, across the US and in Israel! Brotherhood would like to encourage all of us to do our part to make the world a better place. “
Well, this year started as a sweet new year with our “Veggie” Steak and Scotch in the Sukkah for which 43% of the people tried our Veggie options. But, as you all know, our sweet new year was shattered with the unbelievable news we all woke up to on the Chag Shabbat morning October 7th. The barbaric hate filled terrorist attacks that tore through the heart of Israel and our global Jewish community.
Kol Rinah Brotherhood stands in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Israel, with Kol Rinah, our
St. Louis Community, our US Jewish Community, our Global Community to support Israel in every way we can. Please make donations to the Federation Israel Emergency Fund or any other charity. I will be asking the Brotherhood BOD to have Kol Rinah Brotherhood make a $1000 donation to the Israel Emergency Fund.

Thoughts and prayers to all who have been affected by this devastating terrorist attack and the Israeli IDF soldiers who have fallen and will fall in the coming weeks.
Please join us for the Holocaust tour on Nov 18th where we can discuss the Holocaust and current events. Also join us every third Sunday for a brotherhood get together at 7pm. Hopefully by Chanukah we’ll be able to rejoice together.
Am Yisrael Chai!
