Summary |
Shalom,
My name is Alec Russo and I am the new Youth Director for Kol Rinah’s USY chapter. I moved to St. Louis in December 2018 from Los Angeles to continue working with OUTFRONT Media. Growing up, I lived all over the United States, but I spent most of my childhood in Las Vegas and New Jersey. I was a member of USY in my teens in Las Vegas and continued to be involved with the Jewish community throughout college while volunteering with the Jewish National Fund.
Over the past few weeks, USY has been able to safely meet from a distance outside in the new Kol Rinah parking lot. Each Tuesday, one of our members schedules a program for the rest of the group to take part in. Programs have ranged from game nights to educational discussion. As the weather is starting to change, we will likely begin meeting online through Zoom until it is safe to meet inside. The group is looking forward to having a new youth lounge in the near future. Todah Rabah!
