P'nenah Goldstein, who was a 3rd generation member of Shaare Zedek, will discuss her book, The Girl from Sighet, A Memoir by Hindi Rothbart with P'nenah Goldstein. The Girl from Sighet -- a memoir —is about five well-off teenage girls in Eastern Europe in 1940. She will discuss how the book came about, the story and how the book was published in several languages. P'nenah, who lives in California, said Kaddish for her mother through our zoom link. She still comes to zoom minyanim on Monday and Wednesday evenings to help make our minyan.
